    • Will my insurer accept a Netstar tracking device?

      Netstar is recognized by South Africa’s major insurers. Once your device is fitted, we issue you with a certificate as proof that you can share with your preferred insurer. Once fitted you can download the certificate in the MyNetstar app or you can request we email it to you.

    • How is Netstar different from other tracking providers?

      Netstar pairs 30+ years of recovery expertise with MyNetstar, South Africa's top-rated app in its category. Beyond recovery, Netstar is about knowing exactly what your subscription is doing for you, every day.

    • What happens if my car is stolen?

      If your vehicle is stolen or hijacked, you need to call our Emergency Call Centre on 0800 11 22 22 immediately. One of our emergency controllers will capture the relevant details and begin the recovery process. You will also have to confirm the vehicle description and any unique identifiers that may assist with recovery. The relevant controller assigned to your incident updates you on the progress.

    • What happens after I sign up?
