I would like to thank your team on the phone and on the ground most sincerely for their efforts in recovering my car. I found the caring attitude of Neville and his constant feedback on the situation extremely professional and most suiting in a rather traumatic situation we faced.

Thank you also for the speedy report on the incident. I am pretty sure without Altech Netstar I would not have seen my car again. Every other time when I checked whether my car still had a signal I also only was treated professional by your operators.
