What is RICA
Rica, the Regulation of Interception of Communication Act, is a new South African law that makes it compulsory for everyone using a sim card to register that sim card.

What does RICA mean to you?
If you have any of the Altech Netstar GSM/GPRS or Fleet Solutions products, you are required to register.

When can I register?
NOW! All registrations must be complete by 1 December 2010 to prevent deactivation of the sim card, and therefore your service.

Where can I register?
At any Altech Netstar approved fitment centre or branch office
